It's taken a moment of thought to work this out
I think the point here is that we cannot be or see ourselves in total isolation from others
There is always a part of someone else in us

Thanks for that Francis. To me the question "who am I?" comes to mind.
Deepak Chopra discusses the difference between our deluded ego self and our true Self / original nature in his book, "The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success".
It's got some great and profound concepts in there. Thanks to Ann for pointing me to that book!
